
A Little About Me
I’m Jenn Labonte, and I’ve spent over 25 years coaching women through every season of fitness.
Today, I specialize in helping women over 40 rebuild strength in a body that doesn’t respond the way it used to.
25 Years of Experience, Training Women Over 40
I know what that shift feels like, because I’ve seen it in thousands of women and experienced it myself. The workouts that once worked stop delivering results. Recovery takes longer. Consistency gets harder. And even when you’re doing everything “right,” your body feels different.

I’ve lived that too, dealing with injuries, knee pain, shoulder pain, and the frustration of thinking, “I should be able to fix this.” But midlife changed the rules, and I had to change my approach.

That’s when everything shifted.

I stopped focusing on extremes and started focusing on what actually works in this stage of life: building lean muscle, protecting joints, improving mobility, and training in a way that supports real life…not fights against it.
